They allowed 50 shots on Sunday, lucky u had Savage, just saying.

True but only had 14 skaters and 4 dman dressed (O'Keefe, Day, Matheson, and Powell)

yes gander will be a force with a full lineup the second half.firlotte and pender will be two big shutdown guys along with savage and the afore mentioned d men.should be a good mix of offense and defense.savage is a game changer and a guy who can steal a game for you just like whiffen gillis and church have done many times.the parity in the league in the second half should make for some of the best hockey seen on the island for awhile.yes I know...no fighting...blah blah... but the speed, skill level and goaltending should be second to none at the senior level.hopefully they get ryan too..i think he would be a good veteran presence and add some toughness.

let me guess he wants too much money? flyers d is solid without him. If he doesn't play here he will sit. That I can guarantee. nobody wants to play against this guy, especially the Flyers.

I think he will play.must of known for a while he was going to end up in gander as the 1st pick but stranger things have happened.do think he would be a great addition and might possibly give you the option of moving okeefe up front as most of his time in the aus was as a forward .not that I don't think he is a good dman because he is.hopefully pender will play because that will put gander on more even footing with gf and clarenville who I still think are the favorites in the league.the royals and gander are really close and goaltending in the playoffs and second half could be the difference.all the teams will be much improved with new additions and the return of injured players. all teams are ready to make a run for the herder.should be the highest calibre senior in nfld maybe ever.
