green is pretty good at what he does,he can make a 10-2 game sound exciting thats his style,one year he did the play by play for the cape breton oilers so he obviously knows what hes at,deep down i think hes a red wings fan but who cares,he calls a good game on the radio

Why did he only last one year/ I guess you know the answer. he gives it his all but i personally don't like it and i am entitled to my opinion. May be if he had someone with him it would be a lot better. People coming on here talking about this announcer and that one i really don't care. This TOPIC was about Chris Green. I listened to the game yesterday and it was the first time I have ever heard Chris Greene announce a game. I thought he did a good job and I didn't think he sounded biased at all.

I think this topic is getting a little personal with comments like the last one.

Bob Cole with CBC was the biggest Leafs fan and still kept his job, if Chris Green wants to cheer for one team then why not. The fog devils play by play game was obviously a devils fan along with the baby leafs so why could Chris Green be a red wings or royals fan.

Great Job Chris, 99% of the people enjoy your play by play, don;t let the 1% who have to much time on their hands make it sound like they are the 99%.
