My friend David Ling has signed wiyh the Corner Brook Royals.Dave played with the St. Johns Maple Leafs back in the day. He will be making more money now playing senior hockey than he made playing pro in the AHL. $1000.00 a game plus airfare hotels and meals, you guys must have lots of money down there in NL.

This guy seems old lol but looks good and fought alot while in NHL by looking at youtube...

Well, if this is true the Royals have added some serious skill. Ive seen David Ling play on a number of occaisions and he is a very, very good player. He will certainly be one of, if not the best player in this league.

If this is a factual signing then the blue have alot to look forward to is this guy alone . I've seen him play with the baby blue and he is an impact player , not to mention the fact that he can toss em as well . Look out Mr. Langdon , Mr. Manson and Mr.Jerret . He gonna keep alot of guys in check . Should be a fun season . Hopefully the royals organization can afford these types of signings , let's hope so .

dont know if this is true or not,but maybe this is 1 of the reasons why the royals brass is lookin so forward to this season,as i said in here last week theres alot of excitement being shown in the last couple of weeks,so it could very well be true,its possible as i believe him and terry ryan played together in fredericton,if true he will fit in very good with the others who are signed :-D :-D
