Great post , but one thing I don't agree with,& that is, just because don't care the same opinion as someone else, don't mean they should be call names Ex.( fool). This is how this all started in the first place . Two difference people having two difference opinions & not knowing the right way to handle themelses. We are all fans at the game cheering for our teams,& this stuff should be happening. I think I have to agree with you on the way this punishment should be handle.[/quote]
You're right Newfie35n, I apologise for saying "must be a fool". I should have wrote in my mind they are foolish. which would not be directing the comment to the fan base. But in my opinion the punishment was too sever, and not well thought out. It was a foolish decision to hand out a playoff ban in the WSCHL finals, possible the herder. No names being called. Just a foolish decision.

Hey, I think, YOU MAKE YOUR BED, YOU LIE IN IT!!!!
i know most if not all the executive read this blog. i think you guys should get something going and try to get this woman back in the stadium for tomorrow nights game .... i know this couple fairly well as most of you guys do.. this woman must have been getting some verbal abuse to to something like that .. is it right? no!!!! but to ban her from the stadium for the playoffs? c'mon people ... couldn't the officer have just takin her to oneside and given her a good talkin to? get her back in there and let her watch her team finish off the season , herder or not..........you wanna ban her , keep her away for the first few games next season..

Rick, I wasn't there but I would have to think that this ban is severe. One or two games would of been more like it to atleast send a message that there is no room for this is our stadiums or anywhere else for that matter. I don't know this lady but I did see some ladies waving their middle fingers in the stands at the Hodder in the first round and kids asking what they were doing that for. This type of thing isn't acceptable from anyone. I'm not sayin that this was one of the same people but just that it was uncalled for. We can all let our emotions get the best of us sometimes. I hope she gets to cheer her team on because I'm sure it's a lesson learned. May the best team win.rick wrote:i know most if not all the executive read this blog. i think you guys should get something going and try to get this woman back in the stadium for tomorrow nights game .... i know this couple fairly well as most of you guys do.. this woman must have been getting some verbal abuse to to something like that .. is it right? no!!!! but to ban her from the stadium for the playoffs? c'mon people ... couldn't the officer have just takin her to onside and given her a good talkin to? get her back in there and let her watch her team finish off the season , herder or not..........you wanna ban her , keep her away for the first few games next season..![]()

It doesn't matter if this person is a DIE HARD fan or someone who watches one game a year.
Bottom line what she did was unacceptable and there is no place for it. Especially from an adult.
I have seen a person damage there eye by getting hit with a paper bag.
If they bottle had hit someones kid would you think different.
Take that stuff outside.

I get kick at the way some people portray this lady.I know her personnaly and she is the type of person that loves to razz the opposing teams players, but in the mean time she may razz a player one minute, and then invite them to her home for a meal, and she has done this.I think that she was provoked and just got caught up in the moment.I think a stern warning wouldhave been sufficient.

Atleast, as some have said - give her strict warnings. And if anything like this happens again, just gotta clamp down quickly before anything escalates.
You can always tell the Newfies in Heaven, they're the ones who still want to go back home!
