Game One Report

alright your first mistake was listening to tommy, the attendence wasn't full but it was the best iv'e seen in the last 2 years, 2nd the royals have a much better team not super but worth watching, they were up on the wings 3-2 with 5min left in the game and sim let in a floater from the blue line to tie it up and then wings scored to make it 4-3 on the powerplay, new lineup for the royals same result, found a way to lose. As for the wings nothing impressed me about them except maybe peach, other then that they are very very small and the mior guy is nothing great, most of the royals shots where from far out, they settled for easy shots instead of setting up plays. I know al macinnis and a few others were missing but don't worry about the wings they are beatable, and that's not dissing them just saying all the teams are good this year there isn't really one that stands out. I'll give the bou's the benefit of the doubt cause they are 2 time winners but other then that dont' be worried about the wings

LMFAO Priceless...Best u have seen in the past 2 yrs...Sure they always had bigger crouds for the opener...andMior is nothing great...LOL....How can u be taken serious with those foolish statments....I dont think u guy will stand a chance with the Wings AGAIN THE YEAR...

the royals came out slow tonight i was a bit surprised i figured they were gonna come out guns a blazin but they were tentative almost looked as though they were playin not to lose or afraid to make a mistake,the 2nd and 3rd period the royals held a good edge in play except for the last 5 mins in the 3rd period,on the tying goal it was a bad break for sim as it tipped off of i believe it was gosses stick,and then the 4th goal i think sim would like that one back,overall i thik its 2 pretty good hockey teams here with not a big lot of difference in the 2,ive said all along ya gotta give these teams time to gel,and then we will see some great hockey

i was expectin more fans at the pepsi center tonight but i thought it ended up being a pretty good crowd,i will try and get a count from one of the guys today and ill let ya know what was there,tommy maybe the next time ur at a game try and watch the game rather than count how many kids are in the building

once the royals get on the same page with each other and play a dozen or so games they will be as good as any in this league,so make ur jokes and have ur un now tommy cuz it aint gonna last

Simm didnt have his angle down,no tip..One im sure he love to have back cause he played great. I pay attention... Second i was expecting more fans has well,so was everyone..3rd..I dont go to count the fans ya silly fool,i just tell it has it's seen...Not like some...4th No jokes Shawns with Tommy just facts...

Sure he wasnt even busy,the Wings D had two break downs and they got two goals there other then that everything he faced was from a distance...Now Simm on the othe rhand had a very strong game..The qualty of shots was by far better for the Wings..All an all though has a Royals fan i wouldnt even make a post..Hide,cause with a full lineup and with a piss poor performance like that i wouldnt even log on.
From what you are saying if the royals got pass the D, they could easy score on him.

Dale Fry (enough said)2200 i say give or take with 600-800 under age children that dont have to pay to get in....They might have made payroll...Its a good crowd if u get it game in game out but it dont work that way....Im just surprised and im sure Ross Coates is left shaking his head tonight wondering what does it take to get people out...Then again im still shakin my head wonderin why kids 12 and under get in for free...WAKE UP!!!


Then again only thing i can see is to make it look like theres alot of people there,if they had to pay you can take that 700 or so away tonight then how empty would she look....

700 kids .... anyone come one here and listen to tommy is nuts he is so full of himself and his wings.... yes by there were 700 kids there for free that why the 50/50 was 2100 .... there were empty seats but you take the seats that were full and the number standing there was indeed a big crowd.... and as for the Royal and wing ... i think both have improved their team this year... and all I can say is its going to be a competitve year GO Royals Go

i agree that tobin was indeed the best player on the ice last night hes gonna be a real dandy once he gets going with some permanent linemates and he will be the big leader,im glad he didnt get decapitated by langdon last night(not from lack of tryin tho),maybe we will see mr tobin turn the tables on that one tonight

looked to me like the royals dman screened sim and he went too far to his right. i didn't see a tip but it's a possibility.

Again,ok it was an estimate which im sure not of by 500 lol...Lets say 500 then,at 5 bucks a pop that gives ya $2500.00 and would almost pay for ya rink....Just a food for thought...Great marketing wha!!!
