Church should only miss one more weekend sometime after the New year and that should be it, There are some real good goalies in this league, Church is still a awesome goalie and he has proven that so far this year, I am glad that Church will be in net the weekend against the Blades, I know O'brien is good and he helped us beat the blades last sat night, Against the Ceebees my friend told me he let in 3 soft goals that Church would have had, I agree what Geno said "O'brien is good but he is no Church by far
3 soft goals that church would of had.. give me a break.. you have churchhill so high on his thorn he cant do no wrong.. I seen church play and he is like every other goalie.. He lets in his fair share of soft goals..
Then again if church did fly in and didnt play he probably would throw a tantrum,...[/quote]
You obviously dont know jason churchill......not even a little bit!

from pro to peewee everyone lets in soft goals. not saying the guy isn't a good tender but every player in every league makes mistakes and every tender has alot of shots on their list they would like to have back.

Lets get a couple of things straight here Mr. Moose. I have never, anywhere suggested that Jason Churchill was invincible or that he doesnt let in soft goals so dont put words in my mouth thank-you!
You suggested in another post that Church would throw a tantrum if he had to sit a game and I said that if thats what you think of Jason Churchill then you dont know him! Thats what I said!
I suggest that if thats what you think then you dont know Church! You know rumours and hearsay but thats it! If you came face to face with Church would he know your name? Have you ever played on a team with him? Ever been in a dressing room with him or on a road trip? I doubt it so you dont need to be posting crap about this guy, questioning his integrity!

Word around the rink was Pearcey had just as big as ego as Churchill.. Two big Ego's dont go good together and Pearcey Lost Out...
I started this post just seeking an answer to who the backup was, and Boom. Geno and CaribouFan go off on some sort of Rant just because i said the coach should play O'Brien again after his strong outting over the weekend. I guess for now on i will not mention Clarenville(even thou i live 10 mintues away) and Churchill(who if Geno and Cariboufan get there way will be Preimer)anymore...

I never saw the games last weekend, It seem O'brien played well last sat against the Blades and not that well against the Ceebees, Church is our starter and why not start you starting goalie, It should be up to him if he wants to start or not, There is no point to fly Church in and pay money to have him sit on the bench, It don't make sense, O'brien will see at least one more weekend of Action coming up sometime in the new year, Church is the man and a awesome goalie, If you don't like that, Than it's do damn bad!
