Thank you Rick for asking CaribouFan this hard Question.I am sure Cariboufan is gonna comming shooting back Once again that Churchill is there MVP goalie and he is the team.. We heard it all before.. lol This goes to show that the coach has no power in clarenville and The Church holds all the cards..

Churchill is NOT the team. Anyone that talks like that is full of it... last time I checked I didn't see any goals scored stats under Churchill.
As for who will be starting between the pipes, it will be Churchill, naturally. O'Brien had a good game in MP which gave the team a win... gave Bou's fans the knowledge that we have a decent backup in him and Smith. The CBs game was not a team effort and O'Brien had his part same as Hulit, and others... and the score showed it. O'Brien could have been the spark plug to his team on Sunday but that didn't happen. That's why its not even a discussion on who should start... Churchill can turn a game when he is on, making that big dramatic save and igniting his team to push and come from behind to win.

Usually the Coach would ask the Goalie how he feels and that, Church will be starting both games the weekend, You can mark that down and take it to the bank!

I know the coach got the final say, If Church fly's in than he will start, There is no point to fly in our starting goalie if he is going to sit on the bench

If churchill is in Clarenville he will be in the net. He runs the show.

Avalon your doing your usual, stirring the pot and geting attention. You obviously don't know our coach very well, as long as he's there he will make the final decisions, when or if that is taken away you will know because he won't be there. But knowing the coach and his history of riding his top horses to the limit and winning by doing it, he certainly will be doing the same with Churchill as long as Church deserves it and so far he has deserved every minute and more. a
Afterall he's in his mid 2o's and they got a 24 game schedule, not to hard on the body.As for having someone else ready if Church gets hurt, the GM will deal with that if it happens. Not enough games to keep 2 goalies hot .
