Then to watch him skate off the ice yesterday after he received his game misconduct and look at his coach as if saying, why did I get that penalty was concerning. I can only wonder if he is under the direction of his coach. It certainly reminds me of the type of dirt he got on with.

I can't see Darren issuing directives of that nature . I am sure he realizes how costly it can be in terms of losing momentum .

... I think it is just Ryan just losing his cool . A few years back he checked Langdon from behind which cost the Bous their series .

I would not be so sure, if Darren was concerned how costly it was in the game, he would have benched Penny after his stupid penalty in the second that allow the Cats to tie the game up and send all the momentum to the Cats. To have Penney out their with less that 3 minutes left in the game when Darren knew the game was over for them, makes me think otherwise.

Ah Catch and Canon, Not to worry this one is being review by the league as it was dirty. Not like the love tap that Sullivan got. Suck it up guys, the Cats may pass that Herder Trophy around to their fans in the stands on Sunday, your welcome to watch it on the webcast, not like the EEC. LOL.

I think that the herder should be given to the best senior team on the island , not just hand it over to the winner of the CWSHL ..Hockey fans will be wondering all summer if the ECSHL might have won the herder

You have a point Fries , but Darren sure isn't doing the Royals any favors by letting it slide .

Mean while has the league ruled on this incident ?
