Blades Win Blades Win again

Great crowd at The Glacier tonight They can pay a few bills with the turnout. Loads of CeeBees fans there and they are welcome. 5-2 was the final but it was closer than that . 1-0 Blades for the longest while and then a tipped puck finally beat Mior. The Blades skate and skate and skate by the third period it shows. The CeeBees hit a few goal posts and with a few breaks " could" have won one of the two games this weekend.
Mior was in goal tonight for the Blades and as everyone knows who has seen him .. he is superb. The Blades had 5 goals . The CeeBees give up as lot of odd man rushes. The Blades in transition are great . They are " quick" That is how they are coached. The CeeBees gave up 5 goals which means they need 6 on Mior to win and that's not going to happen much . The game was chippy in spots. Gallagher is hurt. He got crashed into the boards . I don't think it was an intent thing although it was a penalty.
I liked the game my friend with me didn't he was for the CeeBees .That's hockey for ya. I think the Blades will win this comfortably but i don't think they can beat Clarenville.
I don't think I mentioned the fries were great again tonight and i didn't win the fifty fifty which was a thousand or so. .\

Glad to hear there was a good turn out tonight.. .. The blades really need that..and some hype too to get bums in the seats... If they get past the CeeBees, starting in MP on a Saturday night should being a nice few bums from Clarenville to the Glacier

Yes Clarenville bring their own fans... like the CeeBees. Maybe they had eight hundred tonight at the Glacier . There were wsome angry words on the go about what the CeeBees were up to threatening not to play last night. It could have robbed the Blades of a decent gate . As it turned out bad weather and a slippery TCH kept the fans away anyway.
The best comment I heard was that the antics of threatening not to play was " unworthy" of the proud CeeBees name and what must the Faulkners think of that kind crap.
