The Dominion Lending Centres Exploits Blades move up into the fourth to occupy the final playoff position in the league by picking up two big wins. The wins come at the expense of the Lewisporte Seahawks. Despite the losses, the Seahawks are still in third in the league.

Jeremy Bishop stepped up in the third and fired a natural hat trick to secure the Exploits’ win. Jack Horwood got credit for the win in the net for the Blades.
