The Edmonton Oilers improved to 7-1-0 in the 2019-20 NHL Hockey Season, defeating the Detroit Red Wings by a score of 2-1. In the game, Oilers goalie Mikko Koskinen allowed just one goal, while James Neal and Ethan Bear each scored in the Oilers’ 2-1 victory over the Red Wings. Neal has been on an early season heater, tallying 10 points in 8 games (9G/1A).
In scoring his 9th goal of the season, Neal has already surpassed his goal total from last season with the Calgary Flames.
